“We moved into a new house and wanted all the carpet replaced. We called out a couple different carpet companies to give us a quote. Not only was Universal Carpet the best price but Mike was very honest with us on the different types of carpet and what type of carpet would work best with our needs. 2 weeks later we had the carpet installed in 2 days. It looks absolutely perfect and we are seeing why Mike recommended the carpet that we got because we already found a couple stains and it came right out!”
