“From start to finish, professional all the way. Started with no pressure salesman in the showroom, well versed in carpeting A-Z. Finished with the installment team who were very professional, careful with our furniture and cognizant of being careful not to run into walls or the like. They wore their face coverings throughout the installment. It was refreshing to observe workers who take pride in their work. Kudos! I highly recommend Universal Carpet.”

“I had some LVF put into my kitchen last week. As this was a long process on my part, I was so happy with the results! The installers were great. If a problem came up, they solved it. The floor looks great and will have new carpeting installed in another room in the Spring. Larry and Dawn are great to deal with and were always there for me with suggestions, and samples to take home. It took me awhile, but I got the floor I dreamed of!”
