“We recently had a big job from Simply Floors and are very happy with the outcome. Lilia was very helpful in the store. She gave recommendations based on our project needs, and gave us samples to take home to see in the space with different lighting. She and the owner Buddy answered all of our questions and made us aware of what to expect throughout the whole process (we learned a lot!). Communication was great with our scheduling coordinator, Sam. The installers, Braz & team for LVP and Frank for carpet, were professional and knowledgeable and everything went very quickly. It became clear to us during the process that Buddy is passionate about flooring and cares about his customers and their experience. We recommend them highly and would return for future projects!”

I had worked previously with Buddy who is super knowledgeable about all things flooring etc. He then had us work with Lilia who came over and fully measured the house and worked with us on what the right carpet for us was. Did not put any pressure and gave us options higher and lower then what we ended up going with. Samantha helped us get the install timing right and they were super flexible working around our schedule. Jesus and his team who did the install could not have been nicer or worked harder. We had a large 3 day job and they did everything perfectly. The were super nice and worked very very hard. Overall, I highly recommend Simply Floors. Great service, great prices, and overall very pleased with the end result.”
