“What an AMAZING company to work with!! We were referred to Simply Floors, and Kristin Mayo by my parents (had kitchen/hallway tile floors done), and my aunt and uncle (whole main level (wood floors, carpet, tile) who were extremely satisfied with the work they had done in their homes in 2021. We are so glad for that referral. Kristin was great to work with. She brought samples out to our home, helped us pick a great carpet that went well with our current wood floors and paint colors. She even came back out when we wanted my parents to give us their opinion on our choices. Kristin was always quick to respond with all email communication before, during, and after our install, and was helpful every step of the way. I communicated with Samantha on the scheduling end of our project multiple times, and she was great as well. Due to an overlapping house project, she was easily able to adjust our install date, and answered all of our questions about the process. The install team was AMAZING!! Shout out to Mario, Leo, and Herman, who are ridiculously strong and talented. We had carpet installed in 4 bedrooms, an office, two full sets of stairs, a workout room, and a large basement - it was no small job. The first day they showed up at 10:30 a.m., and stayed until 7:30 p.m.! The second day they were there from 8/8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and were completely done!!! Hard working guys for sure! Thank you to the whole team, we couldn't be more happy. Our HS son said our house looked and smelled like a model home when it was all done! We only wish we would have replaced the carpet sooner, but couldn't be happier now that it's done, it really does make the house look brand new. We will 100% use Simply Floors for any flooring needs in the future, and will recommend this team to everyone!”

“When it came to choosing a new floor for our basement, Simply Floors made the whole process easy. We meet with a sales person in the showroom who helped with the whole design. We wanted to install ourselves, and Simply Floors did not hesitate to give us advice on our installation that was practical and truly helpful. We selected a product and the office worked with us directly to let us know when the material arrived and how to pick it up. Simply Floors is a great place to get a quality product (unlike Floor and Decor) that is easy to install and allowed us to stay in our budget.”
