Yet, i called Simply Floors and the idea of their mobile van was perfect. Working with my consultant, Kristin Mayo, was wonderful, approachable and very professional . Kristin offered suggestions, made herself available when I needed a second look at the carpet selection; and I appreciated her keen eye for color. Communication with Simply Floors was always so professional making the process easy.to manage. “This is the second time I have used Simply Floors. The first time was 5 years ago when we put in laminate flooring. The experience was fantastic and the floors look every bit as great as the day they were installed. When we decided to put in carpet on the 2 remaining floors we contacted Simply Floors again. Heather came to our house with samples and measured the rooms. I had gotten another estimate. Both estimates were similar and Heather followed up several times while I never heard again from the other company. With that in mind it was an easy decision to make. The crew that installed the carpet (Jesus, Jared, Hosea and Jesus) were so great and did a remarkable job. They cleaned up everything and were extremely professional!!! Can't say enough about how terrific the experience was. Highly recommend Simply Floors. They really care about quality and customer service!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Kristin Mayo, Kyle Giddings and the rest of the people at Simply Floors. They put new floors into the entire main floor of our center. They made the process so easy for me considering I know nothing about floors! They came out multiple times to ensure the plan was solid. They followed up with me and were patient while I worked out the details on my end. When they installed the floors they ran into problems but still finished on time. Everyone at Simply Floors was available to answer my questions whenever I had them and they walked me through everything I needed to do to make the floors happen. Our floors are beautiful! I am so grateful for all the hard work and the time that the employees spent with us. I don't think I would have been taken care of the way I was by the employees at Simply Floors.
