“We needed to replace old carpeting ASAP due to a water leak. After researching several prominent providers in Denver, we stopped into the new Simply Floors showroom in Centennial. After calling to confirm their hours, Buddy informed us that they were about to close but insisted on staying late just to meet us on a Friday evening. He spent about an hour with my wife and I, demonstrating different flooring products and the pros/cons of each. Lilia and Tamila visited our home shortly thereafter and took detailed measurements in addition to showing us some LVP samples. They even returned the following week to show several different options. Our installers arrived on time, carefully explained the installation process, and confirmed some of the remaining details. The next day, Frank arrived early in the morning to put some finishing touches on carpet/LVP areas. This was truly a phenomenal experience. Between the competitive pricing, quality of work, and stellar communication throughout - I would not hesitate to hire Simply Floors again. Thanks to all!”

“Simply Floors are exceptionally professional and trustworthy people to work with. We worked with Buddy and Lilia (our project coordinator). They took the time to answer all our questions and worked well within our budget. The pricing is transparent and competitive. Scheduling was efficient. We had them install tile, LVP and carpet. They did do a mistake with our project, but they assured me mistakes are rare on their end and addressed the issue immediately. They paid for the extra material and labor to fix the issue. The final result ended up better than the original plan and there were no upcharges for us. All the installers did a fantastic job. Braz and the LVP installers were very friendly and skilled. They diligently made old subfloors significantly less squeaky. If we do need new flooring again in the future, we're calling Simply Floors.”

“Wonderful experience with Simply Floors! Needed carpets replaced in a newly purchased home and are very happy. Our consultant Tamila was fantastic, showed us the great selection of carpets in the showroom and then went out of her way not once but twice to bring different samples to our home to make sure we were 100% happy with our choice. There was a small snafu with the shipment of our carpet but our scheduler Kyle kept us informed the whole time and it ended up not being a big deal at all and carpets were still all installed in a timely manner. The installers Jesus and his partner were also great! The installation looks amazing. The transitions from non-carpeted areas are clean and they took the time to vacuum the carpets upon completion. When they took away the old carpet we ripped up and stored in our garage, they left the garage even more clean and organized than before we had put the old carpet there! Would definitely recommend Simply Floors and use them again in the future for flooring needs!”

“We originally contacted Simply Floors to purchase hard surface flooring product for our home. That price was so competitive, we asked Lilia to provide an estimate for the installation as well. She was responsive and friendly to work with. Braz led the installation and we're very happy with how they laced the new floor in with the existing hard wood. My only complaint is I wish that some dust mitigation had been put in place - or at least offered- because the process was very dusty; moreso than I had expected. Other than that, I would highly recommend Simply Floors!”

“Love this store. After having so many difficult or bad experiences with carpet retailers, it was wonderful to find a company that does everything right. Kristin Mayo, our project consultant was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Our installers, Jesus Triana, and sons, were great. They were careful and efficient, removed all of the old carpet and disposed of it, and left the job site clean. They did not damage any of our baseboards so no paint touch ups were needed. We couldn’t be more happy with this business.”
