“I had a wonderful experience with Simply Floors and highly recommend them. I worked with Kristin from the start and she was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. Everyone I worked with was great, actually. On the day we had originally booked to start the project, there was a mix-up at the warehouse and they did not have enough stock to complete the work, so it had to be moved out. I received a call from the owner, who was very kind and apologetic and fixed the issue right away, including a credit back to us. Once the project started, the team that came to our house was wonderful. They worked around the clock and were so thorough, careful, and detailed with every little thing. The floors turned out beautiful and have transformed the look of our house. They did a fantastic job!”
