“My experience with Simply Floors was extremely satisfying from my first visit to their showroom through the installation. This was my first ever purchase of complete flooring replacement for my home. I was shown a variety of carpets and hard surfaces by Ms. Elizabeth Peacock, my Simply Floors Sales Consultant. I chose carpeting for my living and dining areas and hard surface for my bedrooms. The installation was scheduled for successive days with the bedrooms first and then the carpeting. This made the process much easier for my home life. The installers arrived on time both days, did their work well and left my home spotless after their work. A greast job all around and the new look in my home is very nice.”

Our Project Consultant, Presley, was very professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. The install team showed us the flooring before & after installing to ensure everything was as we expected. There were some bumps in getting our flooring due to the pandemic. However, they went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. So glad that we went with a local company over the large chains. The quality & end result were fantastic & so much more than we expected. We absolutely love our new LVP & carpet!”

“We can’t say enough good things about Simply Floors! The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and wonderful. Their showroom has an incredible amount of samples to pick from. Our salesperson Elizabeth was very helpful and brought a few of our favorites to our home to preview and measure. We ended up going with the Core-Tec LVP because we have a lot of animals and needed something very durable. From there Kyle set up our installation date. The material took about 2 weeks to be delivered and the install was another 2 days so it is a very quick process. The install crew was also great. It was amazing to see them get it all done so fast. Once the job was completed, Kyle followed up with us to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction, which it was. I would highly recommend Simply Floors! We love our new floors. Thanks for transforming our home!”

“I'm busy and I'm not good at decorating, so the idea of picking out carpet for my entire basement was slightly overwhelming. It's task I would have put off if Elizabeth wasn't so good at following up with me and making sure I had everything I needed. Her ability to be both proactive and helpful from a design standpoint made the whole experience a lot easier. She looked at my existing furniture and helped me think through the right color and pattern choice for my budget. My pet peeve is when I ask an expert their opinion and they say "it's whatever you want" ... she did not do this. She gave me her actual opinion which I appreciated. I am extremely happy with how things turned out.”

This team made huge efforts to meet my timeline - balancing movers, painters, repair companies and closing dates. The installation team communicated very well to manage my expectations and the installers showed up on time and were incredibly professional and worked very hard to get the job done in a day! “Kristen provided us the best customer service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did not try to high pressure us to buy something we didn't need. She had suggestions for the carpet color and it was a perfect fit for our rooms. We loved the at home shopping experience. So much easier than going into a store and looking at so many different types of carpet and colors. The installers were very courteous and did an excellent job of installing the carpet without any damage to the baseboards or any of the furniture. They arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame they gave us. We highly recommend this company for anyone's flooring needs.”
