“When it came to choosing a new floor for our basement, Simply Floors made the whole process easy. We meet with a sales person in the showroom who helped with the whole design. We wanted to install ourselves, and Simply Floors did not hesitate to give us advice on our installation that was practical and truly helpful. We selected a product and the office worked with us directly to let us know when the material arrived and how to pick it up. Simply Floors is a great place to get a quality product (unlike Floor and Decor) that is easy to install and allowed us to stay in our budget.”

She was very helpful in selecting a quality carpet that would meet our requirements as to look and wearability, as well as describing their process from start to finish. The three installers were: professional, careful, courteous, expert, helpful, and efficient. We were most pleased with them. The carpet is beautiful, just the right variegation and color match and is soft and luxurious to the feel. The carpet/pad cost was competitive and a good value. Overall Simply Floors met and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Kristin and Simply Floors and we will use them again on our next project.”

“We had a great time working with Elizabeth Peacock of Simply Floors. They had a good selection of luxury vinyl samples to pick from and made the process easy. We also selected carpet for our stairs and they had exactly what I was looking for without me knowing exactly what I was looking for.This was not the cheapest route we could have gone. We could have gone to home depot and dealt with the headaches we've read reviews about. We paid a little bit more for high quality flooring and a seamless experience. Our floors look fantastic. Everything was on time. There was one mistake with a repair not being made with the install that was rectified immediately. I was picking up the phone to call them about it and they were already calling me to fix it. It was amazing customer service. The stair carpeting required quite a bit of custom cutting to match up the pattern but they made sure it was taken care of without question. We will absolutely work with Simply Floors (and Elizabeth!) once we're ready to re-carpet our other rooms.”
