“Waiting on a threshold for over a month and now we find out it never got ordered. The flooring was ordered wrong the first time they reordered and rescheduled 3 weeks later. Installer did a great job. Johnson an sons makes the sale and forgets the customer. They need to work on finishing strong to keep customers. We called numerous times with no return calls as promised. I would like to talk with the owner, you’ve got my number. Dan ***UPDATE ON PROJECT **** they came and finished this evening and it looks great, so I’ve changed my review to 3 stars because of Danny ( the manager) he made sure it happened and I’m grateful. The crew that installed the carpet was very good as well. They were on time, able to complete the project earlier than scheduled, and did a good job of moving furniture without any damage. “We had a water leak, in September, that damaged our floors. After several attempts to get repairs done & contractors that dragged their feet, Johnson & Sons Flooring, especially Vinnie, was a great help & understood the necessity of getting the work done sooner rather than later. The flooring that we chose came in, in less than a week & Vinnie was able to line up installation before Christmas. Century Flooring installers, Frank & Marco did a superb job & got the floors installed in 1 day, which normally would have taken 2. They had a rhythm in their work that caused them to work quickly & expertly, with the end result being beautiful floors. We are so happy. I was finally able to get my house back in order, from the mess in September & decorate 2 days before Christmas.”
