“I without hesitation would recommend Johnson and Sons flooring to anyone in the market for new floor covering. I went to the Knoxville location and worked with Sam initially and had new carpet installed in three bedrooms. Then later I worked with Danny and ordered carpet to be made into an area rug. Both salesmen are knowledgeable, kind, and were a pleasure to do business with. Brian, the installation manager, is a true asset to this company and has gone above and beyond to help me with two issues that arose. He is very responsive, professional, and does whatever needs to be done to make things right. He went out of his way to personally deliver the new 11’ x 11’ area rug to my house because I was unable to transport it myself being a stay-at-home mom with an infant. I cannot thank Brian enough for his kindness and for the company as a whole for exceeding my expectations.”

“I came here on Saturday to look at carpet for a potential area rug. Sam was so friendly and helpful! He thoroughly explained everything without ever being pushy. Impressed with all the showroom options, I had my mom meet us over there. Sam then helped us browse over some hardwood and carpet options for a remodel for her house. He was so patient, we never felt rushed even though it was towards the end of the day. “I've lived with a concrete floor for 3 years now after renovating my condo in Knoxville, waiting for a good deal on a great floor. Recently, my parents showed me a flyer about a sale going on at Johnson & Sons Flooring in the Maryville/Alcoa area, and so we went and checked it out. With so much variety, it took longer than I thought to pick out the perfect floor, but Vincent was kind enough to let us stay after-hours, and worked with us to get the product ordered and installment arranged. It was a very simple process. They had someone come measure the dimensions of the floor and determine what sort of process would be needed for installment. Then a date was set, and the subcontracted installment team came in. They did a fantastic job. I scheduled for 3 days of installment, but it instead took a two-man team only a single day to completely prep and install the floor. The end result is outstanding - the floor looks amazing with no major issues anywhere, is great quality and waterproof to boot, and I got an insane deal for it thanks to the sale. I want to give a special thanks to Vincent for working with us on this project, being incredibly flexible and kind, and helping me finally get a floor in my condo after so long.”
