“They were awesome. Knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Showed us all the options they had for luxury vinyl tile. Explained all the details. They have several options. Not like floor and decor that had like 4 choices. Not everyone wants the look of wood. I highly recommend Johnson and Sons Flooring. We bought exactly what we were looking for. Did i say if you need flooring to check them out. They're great.”

“These guys are top notch A+++ people to deal with & I'd highly recommend them to anyone! I needed two 20' x 10' custom rugs made for a trade show & was on a tight deadline. I reached out to 3 places & was point blank told no it couldn't be done. I called these guys & spoke with a young man named Jon Shown & not only was he able to get it done but he was able to deliver them 2-3 days before my deadline when again I was point blank told no by 3 other stores here in Knoxville! I'll never go anywhere else for my flooring & you shouldn't either bc you can tell that they care bout providing quality customer service!”

“Had a great experience with ordering and purchasing my new tile, Danny Ramos did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable in product he was selling. Tile was supposed to be at store for me to pickup on Wednesday or Thursday, I called warehouse on Friday morning to check on it and was told they didn't have it but would check and call me back. 2 pm I called warehouse back and couldn't get an answer on the phone. I then called sales and Danny told me he would follow up on it and have warehouse call me back. They finally called back at 3:45 and said they weren't sure if they could get it on this day. After some conversation they said they would have an install crew pick it up and bring it to store so that I could pick it up on Saturday morning and told me it would be at store when I got there. I again talked to Danny and he had to contact warehouse and they finally brought it to store an hour later. Great job from Danny, I would have given a rating of 5 if warehouse people would do what they said they were going to do or at least had the common courtesy to give me a phone call and let me know what was going on.”

“I would never work with anyone else for flooring. At least 5-6 years ago we had Johnson and sons tile our downstairs bathroom and carpet the the rest. We had an accident with our fireplace and it burned some carpet. I immediately went to Johnson and sons for help and that's exactly what they did. Tom came out to assess the situation and said yes it could be repaired, again 5 years after I bought the carpet. Tom came the next week and repaired the burn with no charge. I couldn't believe it I was so upset over the burn spot about 8 inches in diameter and now you can't even tell. I wouldn't trust my flooring to anyone else. Thank you Tom and your staff.”
