“We shopped all over East Tennessee area looking for wide plank engineered hardwood. Prices have gone up dramatically and we wanted something of great quality within our price range. We found Danny at Johnson & Sons Flooring who recommended some of the Mohawk floors they offer. We ended up purchasing seaside shores tamarind oak and we couldn't be happier with the product. We purchased 2300 square ft and i only had 2 damaged boards in the whole order. The customer service was excellent from the time we walked into the building until the time the project was complete. The staff was always helpful answering installation questions, providing a quality glue for installation, and storing the product in their air-conditioned warehouse until we were ready for installation. The team was great and we will shop there again in the future for any flooring needs.”

“Sales team was exceptional about explaining all the requirements installing laminate over linoleum would need. The gentleman who came out and did the measurements was quick and through. Completing the work order and sales contract was very easy. Scheduling allowed for plenty of time to get all the materials in. And the installers were very quick and precise. “We had limited time to get flooring after closing on our house. Colby was great with recommendations to fit our budget and helped with scheduling. We were able to replace all carpet and replace old curling press wood backed flooring with LPV in our limited time. Both crews did great installs, a supervisor visited both times to answer questions about the install and product (great customer support during install). Frank that did the LPV was very detailed in the install and takes time with every little detail. Overall extremely pleased with Johnson & Sons Alcoa thru each step of the process.”

“Sam was our salesperson. He was very helpful and professional. He provided us with helpful information concerning LVT flooring which made our decision easier to make. Unfortunately the product we selected was on backorder so we had to wait 2 months before it could be installed. The installers, Nelson Flooring, did a fantastic job. They completed the job in two days! We were told it would take up to 5 days to complete. I highly recommend Johnson and Sons as well as the subcontractor Nelson Flooring.”
