“After searching for engineered hardwood at various places, I finally found what I was looking for at Johnson and Son’s in Alcoa at a great price. Colby was so helpful and answered all my questions. A few days later, I received a call informing me that the floor I ordered was on backorder. I was disappointed but was told if it’s the floor I love, that I’d be glad I waited. Indeed, I’m so glad I waited and I am thrilled. The floor is absolutely gorgeous. For me, installation was my main concern. Alexis and his buddy were our installers. He did the most beautiful job. You have to be a little artistic to lay this floor as the color and lengths vary greatly. He did everything to perfection. Very talented. He was so polite and they were both very professional. It was a 6 day job and when they left, it looked as though they hadn’t been there. Beautiful job in every aspect. Seriously, please give Alexis a raise! He’s awesome and I couldn’t be happier. The scheduling department and everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Johnson and Sons in Alcoa. I will definitely do business with them in the future if needed. Just a top notch experience and that says a lot because I’m kind of a picky person!”
