“Jay's Flooring has been great! Helpful without being at all pushy all the way through. They have a huge range of samples to take home and clearly a lot of in depth experience. Saul and Walner did my install and they were super detail oriented and made great suggestions to improve the project. There was a little mix up in my carpet and they quickly resolved that without any difficulty. I would use all of them again in a heartbeat!”

“So far we've gone through the consultation, estimate, material selection and scheduling process. Mackenzie has been our representative throughout the whole process and she's been amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, hassle free and all around awesome to work with. The estimate and costs are very reasonable and much better than others (who actually provided one after coming). Install is scheduled for next week and ill give another update after that. So far i would highly recommend reaching out and asking for Mackenzie to assist you in your journey.”

“The carpet was installed a couple months ago, and it is beautiful. It is thicker than the competitive carpet that I saw, and Jay was able to give me a great price. They were in and out in just a few hours. There was a miscommunication, but I think it had to do with the lack of my not speaking Spanish, but after speaking to Jay, everything was worked out. I would recommend them, and I have recommended them to other people who want flooring.”
