“We had Jay's Flooring give us an estimate on the recommendation of a neighbor. Jay himself came out and gave us the estimate/firm price and his cost was less than the others or at least competitive. We are quite happy we did. The installers, John and Mario did an excellent job with both the laminate flooring and the carpeting. We had an issue with one of the seams and Mario and John came back out immediately to repair the blemish. My wife and I are quite fussy when we hire people to do work for us and everybody connected to Jay's Flooring in Marysville, from the sales to floor samples to visits to the showroom to the installers handled us with kid gloves and we are very pleased with the end results. We highly recommend Jay's Flooring.”

“We had a little difference of opinion when choosing carpeting so we visited the showroom and ordered samples. After a couple of weeks, we finally made a decision and placed the order for the bathroom laminate at the same time. Two weeks later the installers, John and Mario showed up to install everything for us and the job went smoothly. After they left, we did what anybody would do, inspected everything hoping we wouldn't find anything objectionable. The seam in the Master Bedroom was not quite what we had hoped for so we talked with Jay's staff and they had John call us and arrange to re-do it to our satisfaction. Mario and John came back out and repaired the seam better than we hoped they could. We are very pleased with the entire job done for us by Jay's Flooring and we highly recommend them.”

“I saw Jay's commercial on TV and called for the free estimate as we've been considering a new floor for some time but wanted an affordable way to get that done. Our box store estimate came in way too high but Jay's estimate was much more affordable for us and fair! Jay himself came to do the free estimate, and brought along great samples to consider based on what were looking for. The installation happended exactly as he said it would and our finished floor looks terrific. His team came to install it perfectly, cleaning up after themselves and being completely respectful and trustworthy along the way. I highly recommend this company for your business.
