“We bought an outdated home with wall to wall cheap carpet. We went into Jay's Flooring to get help modernizing the floors in our relic of a house. Their sales rep, Nathan, couldn't have been easier to talk to and immediately put us at ease. After approving an estimate, our house immediately became a can of worms with multiple unforeseen catastrophes. Between very serious water damage, mold, asbestos, plumbing and insurance agents, we had to delay the floor install 4 or 5 times over several months. Simply put, Jay's and specifically our sales rep Nathan, could have not been more supportive and understanding during those turbulent months. When the house was finally safe and secured for the install, we were greatly impressed with the speed and quality of the work by Selvin & Walner. They did almost the entirety of the home and added new baseboards and door frames. Our home is now more enjoyable to live in and we are VERY happy with our new floors. Without hesitation, we would use Jay's again. They do great work, they have character and they make us feel like human beings.”

“I have had 2 separate flooring projects, both done through jays flooring. The first was vinyl to replace the old tile in my front landing and hallway and the other was to replace the carpet in 3 bedrooms. I have been exceptionally pleased with both jobs. They are efficient and do a great job, clean up afterwards and have been the most affordable for both jobs. The 3 carpet replacements were $2k total, the vinyl was around $1900 total”

“I had Jay's hardwood crew (Hector and his help) convert stairs and a hallway from carpet to red oak hardwood. The cuts were great and the stairs and hallway both look amazing, no squeaking or moving. A few months later, still no complaints! They originally ordered the wrong size treads which would have been off by an eighth of an inch, but instead of trying to make it all fit, they swapped the wood out and took a day hit which was the right thing to do”

“I had a total of 3 bids and ultimately chose Jay's Flooring, so glad we did! Better quality and price than the other bids and the flooring installers were amazing- professional, friendly, and efficient. Finding people to work, while being true professionals, seem to be a rarity lately. We have a 1930's cabin so it was not a standard install and with some challenges but the installers dove in and completed the job with zero complaints here... only praise and with a ton of gratitude. From assistance with flooring selection and installation, it went flawlessly. Thank you.”
