“Our installers, John Garcia and Mario, and assistant Rolando, did a super job installing our new Proximity vinyl plank flooring at our house. We had the entire living space redone. They actually completed everything in 3 days and it looks wonderful! Relatives have commented on how beautiful it looks. They spent considerable time preparing the subfloor ahead of the installation, and worked extremely hard to take the “creaks” out with numerous wood screws, and also applied a final leveling “cement” at the end of the preparation. We enjoyed the personal touch that Jay the owner gave us during the product selection process at our home. Also, kudos to Karina for her help from the start, and to the friendly sales staff. We enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Jay’s Flooring. Incidentally we just recommended Jay to our neighbor who has flooring needs soon.”

“Jay's was amazing!!! The showroom is huge, and every person I spoke to was incredibly warm and friendly from start to finish. Jay's was very quick and responsive with the bid, and they were out and installing our floors in just two or three weeks. The guys who installed our floors were also very friendly and respectful, and just had an overall great attitude. I'd recommend them 100%! We also live up in Bellingham, and they had no problem making the trip to install our floors.”

“People in the sales office worked with us , input what goes and what would work well with our family life style we purchase carpet and wood flooring , What we pick out all came together flow really nice with our home. “We had a little difference of opinion when choosing carpeting so we visited the showroom and ordered samples. After a couple of weeks, we finally made a decision and placed the order for the bathroom laminate at the same time. Two weeks later the installers, John and Mario showed up to install everything for us and the job went smoothly. After they left, we did what anybody would do, inspected everything hoping we wouldn't find anything objectionable. The seam in the Master Bedroom was not quite what we had hoped for so we talked with Jay's staff and they had John call us and arrange to re-do it to our satisfaction. Mario and John came back out and repaired the seam better than we hoped they could. We are very pleased with the entire job done for us by Jay's Flooring and we highly recommend them.”
