“We are very happy we used Jay's flooring. We had carpet replaced in a multi-level townhouse that included 2 sets of stairs, 3 bedrooms and landing. Jay's did a great job on removing the old carpet/padding, cleaning before installing new pad and carpet and finished in 1 day. Our carpet was delayed by the manufacturer and Jay's did a great job communicating with us and keeping us updated as to the carpet status. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. (This was very important to me after a previous bad experience with a painting contractor.) Thank you Jay's flooring for your professional service and experience.”
