I was there looking for a floor and was able to appreciate the kind of exceptional customer service they provided to multiple people regardless of what they looked like.”

“I had someone come out as scheduled to measure and give me prices because doing my entire house in the luxury vinyl plank was over whelming. I picked them off of a commercial where they went to the house with a van and some samples in the commercial, because the bigger stores were too many decisions and I wanted some opinions as well. Instead of bringing stuff he told me to go to the showroom in marysville but I never could quite get there . I never got any pricing even on a particular price range of flooring so I had no idea how much money i needed to get the job done and they seemed too busy to help u less you went there. I shopped in.a few stores in between working and could never decide at a store. In the end I went with a company that brought rug and floorings samples to my house to view w the other colors and in the lighting of my home. They made it easy for me and since I work alot that's just what I needed. I probably would have went with Jay's of they had brought samples they were very nice.”

“I recently bought a condo that was badly in need of new floors. I wanted to get them installed before moving in and luckily my realtor was able to get them in for a consultation before I got the keys. Cesar was also incredibly responsive and patient with me as I waffled on what exactly I wanted. Once I decided they were able to squeeze me in quickly and the workmanship was top notch. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.”

“Cesar and his team did a great job installing LVP and carpet in my new place. Cesar was responsive and super helpful throughout the process. His team cleaned up after themselves diligently, which was much appreciated. They also got the job done on time and within the estimated timeframe. My only complaint was that Cesar and I discussed not moving the washer/dryer and that wasn't communicated to this team, so the machine was moved when I stepped out for a few minutes. Nonetheless, I'd highly recommend; just make sure to over-communicate.”

They smoothed the floor and added a layer of concrete before laying the boards. Never have I seen such expertise and perfection. They are fair, kind and professional in every way.
