“This was our first-time buying carpet and we contacted a few places for quotes. After talking with Nathan, I gave up on working with the other places because I just felt confident that this was our best option for quality work. I knew it wouldn't be the cheapest, but I wanted it to be a good experience and it exceeded expectations! Nathan was so helpful and patient in this process and as others have said, feels like a trusted friend! John and Mario did our install and did an amazing job. We found a minor issue post install and they came back and fixed it right away and explained what happened (it's a very rare occurrence). They really stand by their installation guarantee, which matters more to me than a perfect install. We will definitely use this company again for future flooring needs and I've already referred them out to friends.”

“Jays flooring was AMAZING. From the moment I reached out to Nathan he was present, knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. My husband and I were moving to Seattle area from Missouri with our 2 month old and dog to a house that we bought over FaceTime! We knew we wanted to replace the carpet with LVT and Nathan helped us every step of the way! He spent countless hours taking my many texts and calls and was always so helpful. He spent at least an hour on FaceTime showing us carpet and LVT samples and then was my main contact through the whole process! I felt like I gained a friend! He sent me progress pictures, explained the whole process, and even recommended a painter for us that was phenomenal as well! Everyone would be lucky to have a Nathan in their new flooring ventures! Selvin and Walner and his crew did a beautiful job on our floors! They are even more beautiful in person! What an amazing crew! Jay worked with us on our quote and was always fair on pricing! Brittani was easy to reach with any billing or scheduling questions and made sure the crew could access our house with us being thousands of miles away! We don’t have one complaint!
