“After interviewing several companies/people in regards to installing flooring in my laundry room, EMERALD INSTALLATION was the best from the very start. They took their time measuring, assessing, and coming up with a great design based on what I wanted done. In addition, when it came for installing the floor, he was very patient when I had to interrupt several times taking multiple dogs in/out through the laundry for potty breaks, and even a pot belly pig named TOBY. The flooring quality, color, and durability has been outstanding thus far with the high traffic of animals coming and going through the space. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and would NOT hesitate to call them if I have any future projects that needed their expertise. Thank you for job well done at a very decent price.”

“Wow! So, I called them looking for a certain type of floor unfortunately they didn’t have the flooring that I needed and I had been looking around everywhere for this long I need it only to find out it’s been discontinued. While I was on the phone with Christian he looked up the flooring I was looking for and compared the closest flooring that he had, to the flooring I needed. He offered to drop off a sample in which he did, and even dropped back by to pick the sample back up. He had his team call me to do the purchase for the flooring over the phone, and they even kept me up-to-date on when the flooring would have arrive. They also offered to drop off if I couldn’t pick up, but fortunately I was able to have the contractor that’s working on my house go pick it up. I am so thankful for the effort that was put in from the staff , it’s really hard to find customer service like that nowadays and I really really appreciate all the effort and communication! Rachel made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the process as well, once again I am extremely grateful for these two in the effort they put in, to help me when I was desperate. I definitely recommend”

“We had new RevWood Plus flooring installed last week and it looks absolutely beautiful. We haven’t had the best luck with contractors but Emerald Installation was a joy to work with. Alexander came out and measured and was able to answer our questions, Rachel did a fantastic job managing the project and was a pleasure to deal with, and Serg (our installer) was amazing!
