“A leak of in floor plumbing left our hallway carpet badly damaged. It was mid March, just after quarantine restrictions. My hubby and I took up the saturated carpet which we cut at the entry to the 3 rooms off the hallway. Let's just say , we left the edges in less than ideal shape! Alberto expertly joined each seam at all three doorways. It looks like new! Big Thanks!”

“I can’t say enough good things about our Emerald Installation experience! From the estimator, to the schedulers, to the installer, we had excellent service and LOVE our new carpet. The estimator, Craig, went above and beyond as we asked him to bring the samples more than once. Lori, our Emerald project manager, was extremely responsive to all communications and was very tolerant of my crazy indecision! The installer, Alberto was nothing short of amazing! I don’t think I have ever seen anyone work that hard. He moved our very heavy furniture efficiently, while taking care of our treasured things. Due to something out of his control, he could not get here until noon. Emerald guaranteed the work would be done in one day and that guy stayed until 8:30 at night to finish. I’m not sure he even got a break to eat! All that AND the carpet is beautiful! We chose a Mohawk Exquisite Touch. LOVE IT!”

Alberto Velazquez was the lead installer on our carpet replacement and did a great job. Very professional, fast and personable. Removed all the carpet and did a great job cleaning up once he was done. Well done Emerald!”
