“Dan did a very good job on a room with a lot of angles laying down laminate flooring. You hear a lot other companies telling you don’t use big box companies you’ll be sorry and so far I’m very please and I’m pretty picky. No problem with setting up installation in fact they called me asking if I was ready to get the flooring installed but we had to wait with Lowe’s getting the materials.”

“Love this company! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. I scheduled to have carpet done through Lowe's... BIG MISTAKE but I agreed to go forward with measurement scheduled by Lowe's and fingured I could just write down the total of carpet I needed and go with a different company but when Lowe's sent Emerald Installation it totally changed my mind. Their Rep. Byron was pleasant, helpful and so informative. He worked had to make sure my difficult carpet job would be done on time along with all the office staff. With us moving during the holidays they have been the one thing that went smoothly and I appreciate that. Lori, Rochelle and all the office staff are so great. The carpet installers were fast and do great work. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them all your flooring needs.”

“We hired Lowe's to install our kitchen backsplash. They told us they had companies they sub-contracted with who could complete our job. It took Lowe's a while but we got a call from Belinda, the Office Manager for Emerald Installation. Since it took Lowe's so long for them to find us an installer, I informed Belinda that we were on the verge of canceling our contract with Lowe's. She assured me that they were the right company to do our job and to give them a chance. She told me her installers were exceptional and we would be pleased with the finish product. She even text me some great pictures of jobs they had previously completed. Best of all, she told her crew was available the next day. An appointment was set for her installers to arrive between 8 - 10am the next day. The next day I looked out my window at 7:15 and noticed a couple of vehicles in my driveway. When I went outside, I met with Eric Behring, Emerald Installation's Operation Manager and his installers Eugene & Nick. They told me they had already picked up the material from Lowe's and were ready to begin working. And working they did. They recommended things to us along the way which enhance the beauty of the job. Their attention to detail and the way they cared for our home in the performance of their work was better than could have expected. Eric was at our job site the majority of the time to make sure that we were satisfied with his employees work. And satisfied we are! The finished backsplash is more beautiful than anything my wife and I expected. Belinda in the office was a true gem! Her professionalism is out of this world! Had it not been for her, we would have cancelled our job with Lowe's. We are so glad that we listened to her and are so pleased with this company that we are already discussing future projects and Belinda with Emerald Installation will be my very first call to get the job done right.”
