“While everyone was generally nice during our flooring project, a few hiccups are still outstanding. I've emailed and followed up with Lowe's, but haven't gotten a reply in about a week to resolve the issues. There is no doubt everyone is kind, interested in getting the job done in a timely manner, and working hard. a 1 day job ended up taking 2.5 spread out over a week, for various reasons (some Lowes issues, some scheduling). I have no doubt that they will follow up eventually and get yet another satisfied customer on their list.”

“This is for a backsplash in a renovated kitchen. Overall experience and quality of work was good, had some communication issues though. Got the automated text message morning of the job for an 8-10am arrival, at 1030 they let me know the scheduled person wasn't going to be able to make it. They worked hard to get someone, and at 6pm that night they had a person stop by to do the prep work, took about 1 hour. Same person came back next morning at 8am and took care of the entire job. Well done!!!”
