Although it took me nearly two years to make a decision, he was always patient and kind with me. Phase One was completed in October 2020 which included all of the main rooms in our home, the living, dining, entry way and family room. Two weeks ago, Dani came and installed more hardwood floors in the master bedroom and an office area. Dani and his assistance were impeccable in their installation. “It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Creative Floors. Let me begin by saying that my expectations are very high. Creative Floors GREATLY exceeded ALL of my expectations. First of all, Creative Floors was the only flooring company to return my calls…and they did so the same day! Chris Crane was our consultant. We set an appointment for an in-home consultation…Chris showed up precisely on time. My wife and I subsequently went to the showroom in Orlando and with Chris’ help selected flooring samples to take home. We made our selection and Chris was able to get our installation scheduled just when we wanted it so we would be ready for the Christmas. Secondly, the installation crew, headed by Vagner, showed up precisely on time each day of the installation. Vagner’s crew was amazing! He and his crew staged the materials and began work immediately. This crew worked hard and only stopped for a brief lunch. Each of the crew members were highly professional, very courteous and respectful to my wife and me and they cleaned as they went. We had about 1,500 square feet of carpeting upstairs to be removed so there was a lot of dust and debris. The guys swept and vacuumed everything up as they went. Thirdly, Vagner’s crew did an impeccable job on the installation…everything. They had to remove and reinstall the baseboards in all areas which added to the complexity of the job. Upon completion, my wife and I were asked to check all the work to make sure we were happy with the results. I am very picky but even I could not find any flaws with any aspect of the work…truly a flawless installation. Finally, based on our results I would HIGHLY recommend Creative Floors to anyone searching for a flooring company. On-time, precise, professional, respectful…what more could you ask for? Oh yes, a great value for the price as well.”
