“I went to Creative Floors to just look at Carpet for my family room. I was greeted by Kyle who was very professional so I decided to purchased my carpet from him. Kyle was very professional as everyone I was in contact with was. I spoke to Nick who was very professional and the installers were very good as well. This experience from start to finish was excellent. When I'm ready to have new carpet installed in the rest of the house Creative Floors will be the place again for me. “Great experience at the Southland store. Mark helped us with our carpet selection, even allowing us to take home carpet samples for a few days and even brought more when he measured. Carpet was in stock and installation was a scheduled. Installers were prompt and professional. Moved our big items and did a great job. We had 3 rooms carpeted and are very happy with the entire process. Would definitely recommend.”

“I am really happy with the service and professionalism that I received from Creative Floors. They did excellent work on a 2-part job (tile on both first and second floor, as well as laminate on the stairs). Initially, they installed the incorrect laminate on the stairs, but after working with them they re-installed the correct laminate at no extra cost. This is one of the perks of doing business with such a reputable and well-established company - they honor their promises and always deliver to the customer. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work, and very happy that they were able to correct the hiccup with the stairs (which could have been a disaster). Also, a huge thanks to Chris which helped guide me through the entire process and also worked diligently to get the stair issue resolved. Overall, I am a happy customer and I recommend this company.”
