“Chris was very helpful at the Southland Blvd store: leaving us alone so my wife & I could discuss the options yet always nearby if we had questions. The installation team did a bang-up job! 4 guys arrived on time, tore out & removed 5 rooms of carpet, put down the new vinyl flooring planks, removed & replaced baseboards and were cleaned up & done at the end of the day. There wasn't any incidental damage, including to the baseboards. A+++”

“Much to our salesman’s chagrin….we decided to wait an Entire Year before writing our review. Our floor, Karndean Silver Barnwood, was laid in late Nov. 2021. And we are very happy to say that it has been everything we wanted and hoped for — easy care, easy clean-up and outstanding durability….and trust us…it’s been tested! We have had absolutely NO problems AT ALL….no buckling, no discoloration, no nothing. Our floor looks just as solid and beautiful today as it did when it was first installed over a year ago. Worth every penny. Thank you to Bob Hapka (for all his patience) and especially our installers, Chad and Mark, who did all the heavy lifting and remained 100% professional throughout the 3 day installation.
