He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us choose the perfect flooring for our dining room, living room, family room and bedroom. “This is the 2nd time we've purchased carpet from Carl at Creative Flooring and both times we've been extremely satisfied. Carl is great to work with, not high pressure, professional and very knowledgeable of their products. The same installers did both jobs which included indoor/outdoor carpet the 2nd time. They did an excellent job ripping out old carpet, moving a few furniture items around and installing the new carpet. Highly recommended over the "big box" stores!”

“Creative Floors did an incredible job on my new hardwood. Chris helped me find the exact hardwood I was looking for and came out the same day to give me an estimate on the total package (materials and installation). He was wonderful to work with, explained everything and set expectations. Next, Vagner and team came for the installation. Vagner and his team were prompt, extremely courteous and respectful of me and my home. They worked very hard, cared about the job and finished results. He kept me updated throughout the process and stayed late to finish on the timeline promised. He personally cleaned the floors several times over to make sure it was perfect and performed a detailed quality check at the end. The floors turned out beautifully, better than imagined. The skill and quality of the installers was above and beyond. I could not be more pleased with the entire process and outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
