“Recently, our basement flooded , our carpet was ruined. I contacted Carpet Mart and they were very informative about what it would take to clean up the mess and an estimate on the cost of replacing it with commercial-grade carpeting. The staff was friendly and ever so helpful. We were able to select a new style of carpet within a few days and get it installed within a 6 - 8 week period.
