“I was having a hard time finding the Mohawk flooring that my wife and I had found online. I tried several Mohawk suppliers and was told by each one that they 'don't carry that product'. I headed into Carpet Mart and expected the same response, Tom Kolaskey greeted me as I walked in. Tom eventually told me that they didn't sell the product line I was searching for but said he would call his Mohawk Rep. and get back to me.
