“1st trip into the store was great. Liana was helpful and sweet and nice as can be.
2nd trip in.
No liana.
Rather, two unhelpful women.
I walked in at 4:40 (they close at 5)
Before they even asked me a question about my name, my order, what I’m looking for... they said...we close at 5.
Sarcastically. I said”are u kicking us out?”
They said, “we have parties to go to.”
Unprofessional, and horrible work ethic.”

“Staff and installers were friendly and knowledgeable, installation was fast and efficient and impeccably done. Couldn't be happier with the finished product. Will be calling in a few months to have another room done.”

“I spent a lot of time in the showroom on many occasions. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I finally settled on tile for my shower and, wow, it looks beautiful! The installers were courteous and professional and I now have the bathroom of my dreams! I would recommend Westbay to anyone. Thanks Westbay!!”
