“I remodeled and bought all my floor coverings from Westbay including carpet, waterproof plank and engineered hardwood. The sales associate went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for and keeping it in my budget. I really appreciated her expert help! It made the process easy. The installers were very professional and the result is beautiful. The whole experience was without incident. It was so much nicer dealing with a family owned store where the service is more personal versus a big box store. I’ll be coming back when I do my next project. Thank you!”
