“Excellent customer service and installation. We purchased LVT flooring and it came in on time and was installed on time and to perfection. Excellent communication. The floors turned out so great we went back to them for our kitchen backsplash. The delivery and installation of the backsplash was also done to perfection and on time. When you’re doing a big project the most important thing is quality and communication and Westbay did an excellent job with both. Very happy and would strongly recommend.”

“We recently moved back to Ohio and the movers destroyed our beautiful hardwood floors, so we needed to have them replaced. So glad we found WestBay. From the start it was a pleasure dealing with Sarah, Scott and Mark. The best part was the crew - EJ and Will, supported by Derek and Corbin. The surprise was that the old flooring was installed with some super tough, overly done adhesive which caused numerous challenges as the removal became back-breaking, kneecap bruising and overly laborious. Through it all, the crew kept a smile on their faces, a great attitude and a wonderful work ethic. If you’re looking for a great flooring partner, just choose WestBay…you can’t go wrong.
