“Don (our sales person) was wonderful with information about the CoreTec floor we were buying as well as the specifics of the transitions from vinyl plank floor to carpet. The installation manager was extremely helpful and kind as we were scheduled to have our floor installed in the first week of the COVID shutdowns in March. They were flexible with our concerns about installation during the beginning of COVID. The installation crew was very professional and did an outstanding job! We are very happy with our new floor and carpet.”
