“We have purchased from Sherlock a couple of times. They did a very good job and their prices were very reasonable. My only complaint was the last time they installed carpet they were going to install it with a very cheap pad. I was disappointed the salesman did not discuss this with us before we set up the install. The situation was resolved that very day as they sent someone out with the better pad.”

“I originally went to Sherlock looking for living room carpet and hardwood for my kitchen, dining room, foyer and powder room...all extremely high traffic areas. I met with Don and he explained the pros/cons of the various types of flooring. I ended up getting Coretec LVP instead of wood and I couldn't be happier! The vinyl planking looks just like wood (even the texturing) but it's completely waterproof, comfortable to walk on and the cork backing makes it quiet. I chose Sherlock primarily because they don't subcontract the work out. They have their own installation team that is AMAZING! They were prompt, efficient, courteous, they moved furniture, lifted the bathroom fixtures, cleaned up the debris, vacuumed and even laid an area rug and pad for me. Not to mention that their work was impeccable! I am so happy with my entire Sherlock experience that I have already recommended them to family and friends and I will definitely be calling them in the future.”

“we had many estimates for flooring for the whole house. Tom showed us many styles let us take samples home to see how it would look. Sherlock was the only store that showed us exactly what they would do especially for our entrance way which had rounded steps. The crew was fantastic in their removal of the carpet and preparing the floors. They worked so hard and went out of their way. The guys did a fantastic job especially around the fireplace which has a rough stone wall. It looks like the stones were put in after the floors. Thank You Tom and to your guys who did the installation for a great job.”

Our sales rep, Rob was knowledgeable about the different types we were interested and gave us great advice. It wasn’t a typical sales experience where they push you to buy the most expensive type. He showed us all different types and went off what we wanted. When our carpet was installed it looked great and they were so fast! We will definitely be going back when we redo our basement. “Sherlock Carpet did a fantastic job for us. We had new carpet laid in a bedroom, and laminate floor throughout the whole first floor of our house. The Salesman, Tom Ullsberger, was exceptionally helpful. The installers did an excellent job - the floor looks beautiful! They finished in record time. I am very happy with Sherlock Carpet!
