“I am extremely pleased with the overall service from Sherlock's Carpet & Tile. I received a couple of estimates from other companies but it was Robert's demeanor and presentation that sold me. He displayed choices, explained the products, answered questions and didn't push. I purchased the luxury vinyl plank. The installation crew was great. There was an uneven area that needed additional work and it was completed to my satisfaction. Joe came out to confer with installer and while he was there I pointed out areas on the vinyl plank that looked like a stain and scratches. He cleaned the areas and they looked like rest of the flooring. Customer service at it's best. I will definitely recommend Sherlock's Carpet and Tile.”

“Jerry, our salesperson, was great helping us to select a Karastan carpet and coordinate it with wall color and room decor. Price was fair, and a high quality pad was selected. Installation was completed in a manner which fit our remodeling schedule. We are highly satisfied with the end result. One of the seams is not laying correctly.
