“Could not have been happier. Choosing carpet is a difficult task to begin with and then add a pandemic. Our salesman, Tom H, was extremely patient and never, ever rushed us. We went back and forth on our selection numerous times. The carpet we chose was not a traditional stock item, but the wait time was less than we expected. Once it arrived, Kelly, who does the scheduling, was WONDERFUL!!! Did I say wonderful! The install was scheduled a few weeks out and I asked her to notify me if something opened up sooner, perhaps someone had a cancellation. We have a wedding coming up and we were hoping to finish the project. She called me a few days later and asked if we would be available the next day. Holy cow. Thank you, again, Kelly. There were two installers. They arrived on time, told me how long it would be, they cleaned up, removed everything and it was perfect. Very professional. I would recommend Sherlock 100 times over.”
