“Update: they so kindly reimbursed fixing my walls by sending a check to cover the repair. The buying process was smooth. We got measured and able to schedule an install pretty quick. I did my upper level and stairs. Looked good was happy. A couple weeks later I decide to do our master bedroom to because I loved the way the carpet came Out. I paid for them to move my furniture out of my room both times. Well this time the installers were pretty careless and banged up my walls Pretty good moving furniture. I left an email and photos of damage done with sales person. I haven’t heard anything and that was over a month ago. I’ve had to hire painters to fix damaged walls.”
