“A big shout-out to Joe Sherlock for A+ customer service for delivering a carpet pad to me on his way home from work. I called the store at 3:30 and it was at my house at 5:15. It saved me a good 1.5 hours of time of not having to trek to their store on a cold winter day. It was something I really wanted and was tired of looking online for the last two weeks. Instead I picked up the phone, Joe gave me his expertise on what to buy, paid over the phone, and VOILA ... there it was at my door! A very professional young man Joe is.
