“Install was fast, professional, high quality. They put in heated flooring in our sunroom. They were one of the few places who really knew heated floors. They were able to perfectly match the color/grain of my sunroom floor to the interior flooring. And on the fly came up with a slick solution to blend the threshold to the sunroom with the existing interior. And they laid the flooring down in a way that blended with the deck orientation. Gave the project a true wow factor. Highly recommend them!”

“I was offered the opportunity for carpet donated from Mercer/Carpet One through Casey Cares which is a charity that supports families of pediatric cancer patients. I was in contact with Alex(sales) who coordinated the day/time for the install and helped me pick a beautiful piece for my bedroom. Due to Covid, I had to delay the install but Alex was very understanding and they even saved it for me for when I was comfortable scheduling the install. Everyone that I talked-from picking out the carpet to installation was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Mercer/Carpet One and especially Alex for their carpet and flooring needs. I will need new flooring in the future and I will choose Mercer over and over again! Thanks again for my beautiful new carpet!”
