“This would be 5 stars but for the process we took to select the color of the carpet. Our rep was helpful in coming to the house twice (only once during my presence there) however my point then that the carpet color would a) clash with the kitchen flooring, and b) not mesh with warm colors in the rest of the room, I feel was not given credence. In order now to mesh the light blue carpet with brown flooring and warm tan tones in the rest of the family room, I had to purchase/install area carpet, and we may have to paint walls, though hanging some selected artwork has gone far to break up the monotany. In short, I like the carpet for the office and bedroom; I do not like the color in the family room. But the work-arounds seems to have fixed that. The install itself was very well done. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!”

“I recently had some extensive water damage in my home that required the replacement of the carpet in all four bedrooms of my home. I dealt with John, and he guided me through everything so professionally (including how to handle my insurance company's estimate for the carpet replacement, and they agreed with John!). He was incredibly supportive and gave me great advice about color selection (beige can be really tricky). They finished the installation this week, and I am absolutely THRILLED with the way everything turned out. I love the color of my new carpet, and the installation process went very smoothly. The guys who installed it were so nice - they did a beautiful job! I highly recommend Mercer Carpet and will definitely go back there for any future carpet or flooring needs. I had a first-rate experience with Mercer Carpet from start to finish!”

“The installation was awesome. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The installers were professional and obviously are very experienced. My negative comment has to do with the cleanup. There were scraps of cardboard and materials laying around. There was a layer of dust over the entire finished flooring ad on my dining room table. If I had not left the protector on the table, there likely would have been damage. I did not notice this until after the team had left, otherwise I would have brought it to their attention. I stated this in an email to John Clayton on September 27, but he never responded to me. This is the first time this happened to me when utilizing Mercer, and it was disheartening.”
