“Our project with Mercer required intricate scheduling and detailed craftsmen to complete the project. The installation of real hardwood flooring and the staining and finishing to match existing hardwood flooring was done to perfection. The carpet installation was also completed with perfection. We are pleased beyond belief in how well the project went and the excellence in craftmanship that was provided. The scheduling was done with great communications by Jeff the Operations manager and scheduler Our thanks to Jeff the hardwood installer and his assistant, Luis the hardwood floor finisher, who was able to match the stain to our existing flooring and to Dave the carpet installer and his assistant. Multiple pieces of furniture were moved and not a single item damaged. The salesman provided detailed explanation of what was needed in order to complete the project and was accurate in his projection. The cost was reasonable and the finished appearance exceeded our expectation. Thank you Mercer.”

Jim Farrell was patient and provided a ton of samples for her to choose from. The price was great and the follow up installation was done quickly without a hitch. “The Crew was great and very accommodating. Unfortunately we did not get the trim we ordered and stain was splashed onto our radiators. After emailing about the mistakes no communication was returned.”
