“We couldn’t be happier with both the hard flooring and carpet we purchased from Jim. Jim’s selection of products is second to none as well as his industry knowledge. Aside from two upstairs baths, we redid every piece of flooring in our home which was a huge project. Both crews were fantastic in particular Dan and Cowboy. To say it was the complete opposite from a big box store sub contractor is an under statement. They took amazing care and detail in their work. If there were 10 stars, we would give them to Mercer!”

“Wow! We are so happy with the floors that Mercer installed for us. They are beautiful and durable. The process of selecting floors and scheduling was easy and pleasant. The materials were available quickly and the crew finished the job AHEAD of schedule. And they kept us updated throughout the entire process. We were also happy to learn that they could help us with a small carpentry project that involved installing a knee wall. Thank you to Jim, Kelly, and the whole crew!”
