“Mercer Carpet went above and beyond when it came to our needs. When we first entered the showroom we met with Jim and were made aware of what our options were in a very relaxed setting. No hype, no hard sell. Katlin came out to take measurements. She also handled the coordination of each install. Again - no hype, no hard sell. She was more than able to accommodate our special needs. They ordered the carpet for all three rooms and stairway and kept it in storage for when it was needed. When it came to installation they more than worked with our situation. Since we are renovating our house ourselves it took us over 2 years. We had the carpet installed in our home office first. Some time passed and they came out and installed the carpet in a guest bedroom. Some more time passed and they came out a final time to install the carpet in our stairway and master bedroom. Each time Dave and Bunky did the installs. They were extremely professional and personable. We highly recommend Mercer!”

“We engaged Mercer Carpet to install new hardwood floors and carpets in our townhouse. A major part of the project was to remove the carpet from 3 flights of steps and rebuild them with hardwood. Overall, Mercer did an incredible job. The finish project is just beautiful. Having worked with other firms in the past we found that Mercer offered a very good selection of materials at competitive prices. The real skill Mercer brings is with it's operations and installation crews. Jeff Leo in Operations was wonderful to work with. He simply could not have been better in smoothing out wrinkles and always putting the customer first. Where Mercer really shines however is with it's installation crews. Dan Burg and "Cowboy" are amazing. Fantastic job. Really care about the small stuff. Almost fanatical about getting thing right. And, they are amazingly fast. Our stair treads were unfinished and had to be stained to match other hardwood floors. Louis (can't remember his last name) is an artist. Mixing stain is a skill that Louis has mastered. Wonderful job. We are very happy with Mercer Carpet and would certainly recommend them for any needs you may have. One recommendation for improvement -- Mercer offers many more services that we did not learn about until much later in the project. Services such as refinishing existing railings to match the new hardwood floors would have been very helpful to know when we planned the projects. Regrettable that information came too late to be included.”
