“My carpet needed stretching as a small section between the kitchen and dining room was unraveling. I tried to get any company to help me and no one would. I finally read a review and tried LG Kramer. I spoke with Amber, who was a delight to work with and she kept me in the loop with calls and email. The stretchers came and I was not thrilled with the job but it was better than it was so I accepted it. I went out and bought Gorilla Glue to be sure my 93 year old father wouldn't fall over the edge. The day before my dad arrived and before I used the glue, Amber called me to fine out if I was happy with the job. I confessed that I paid alot of money for the stretching and wasn't thrilled. She asked me to send pictures of the completed job and followed it up with a 3 way conversation with Lance and Ginna, the owners. They too, thought the job wasn't well done. They assured me it would meet my approval. Today, 2 weeks later she sent Arthur and Matt to my house. They were incredible, professional and did an outstanding job. They re-stretched the carpet and stapled it down and it looks terrific!! You guys ROCK!! Thank you! Rose”

“Warning: Pull up a chair because this review is longer than most others, but worth the read. A recent life event prompted me to finish what we had started over five years ago: re-flooring the house. Being that I research companies to the extreme before hiring anyone, I did my due diligence and found LG Kramer Flooring among many other prospects. When my first encounter with another flooring company fell through due to lack of communication - and when I realized his price was unrealistically low - I stopped in to LG Kramer, mainly because they had a showroom (the first company had only samples to bring to the house, which I didn't prefer). I was very lucky because the actual owner, Lance Kramer, was on hand. I explained my situation and he seemed to drop everything he was doing to listen, which was very important. I had arrived knowing with no doubt what I wanted in the way of carpet style, density, face weight, and other factors that play in to my desire never to have to do this again (meaning that re-flooring is a disruptive process and I wanted carpet and flooring that would last the rest of my lifetime). It is no exaggeration when I say Lance spent at least two hours with me explaining different carpet and LVP materials. He showed me samples of carpet and LVP and produced several binders with the mfg's specifications to compare. He laid large-sized samples of each on the floor side-by-side (carpet next to carpet, carpet next to LVP, LVP next to LVP....all so I could get a better idea of how each would appear alone and in combination with each other). It had to have been tedious for him but he never showed it ...I could tell he was genuinely eager that I get the right perspective before making a decision. I chose what I wanted and happened to mention as an afterthought that I was strongly considering having a tub-to-shower conversion done in my lone bathroom. Lance said his company does bathroom remodeling also. I was surprised and glad I brought it up because I hated the idea of hunting for estimates from other companies for a new shower. Lance agreed to come to my house the next day to take flooring measurements, and while he was there he would take further measurements for a shower conversation and get me an estimate for that as well. That following evening, Lance spent (again) about two hours explaining how the flooring would be done and what it involved. He explained what was involved with a shower conversation, how long it would take, etc. He asked me questions about what I was looking for and provided estimates for both jobs, which were all detailed in an email. I already had a budget in mind (which I hadn't shared) and his estimates came in pretty much on target. I chose to have LGKramer Flooring do both projects. The crews of Tiago/Netto/Marcello (shower), Marcus/Wallace/Thales (LVP) and Oscar/Kelly (carpet) were the nicest, most pleasant workers I've ever had do work at my home. They did a fantastic job, as did Ron the plumber from RPM plumbing, who laid the shower floor and did the pipe fitting behind the exposed walls, and later installed - properly, after a few failures from other plumbers - the new toilet after the LVP was in. The front office (Amber, Jim, and Becky) were very personable. They never made me feel like just another customer they would soon forget about once the contract was signed or a deposit was handed over. The follow-through with these folks was, genuinely, second-to-none. This is a legit review of a company I've never dealt with before, with people I never knew until I hired them. It has that key ingredient most remodeling companies lack, which is great communication. I had told Lance on the first day I met him that sincerity, reliability and (mostly) manners were at the top of my list of qualities necessary in a contractor and the workers. They did not disappoint in that regard. I highly recommend LGKramer Flooring and the workers they use to anyone in the market for new flooring or a bathroom remodel.
