Lance, Gianna, Javen, Karissa, and the flooring crew are SO incredibly knowledgeable, professional, willing to answer any questions, and most importantly - super kind and unbelievably outstanding at what they do! My husband and I were living in Orlando while they installed flooring at our home in Sarasota. LG Kramer is the ONLY company I fully trusted to be in our home while we were gone as they treated our home like their own! Javen was constantly communicating and sending us picture and video updates that made it feel like we were there. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail once we arrived at our home. I am so particular and I can assure you that our floors look PERFECT! (Still doing renovations in these pictures, but you can see how amazing the luxury vinyl planking looks). We are new to the area and Gianna even sent me her favorite restaurants in town - so sweet. “LGKramer! What a great experience. My floors look amazing and Gianna & Lance helped me through the whole process. Everything was done in a timely manner and they kept me up to date with everything. Javen was awesome and managed the whole project better than I could ask for. I was staying elsewhere during the project so he sent me many pictures and videos of the whole process. “We had a time crunch for concrete slab work. Javen and his guys were able to accommodate me the next day for a 3 day grinding and leveling job and did phenomenal work. As a dance studio we have very specific requirements on how flat the concrete slab can be to make sure we have the best results for our own business and they were able to deliver.
