“What an incredible experience! From the very beginning, the LG Kramer flooring team was warm, knowledgable and professional. They took the time and went the extra mile to make sure you were comfortable in this big investment, respecting any budgets or timelines that may exist and explaining every step of the process. From our showroom consultation where we explored exclusive flooring options to the final walk-through, we felt seen, heard and respected every step of the way. When you go through a big renovation project, while still living in the “reno-zone”, you expect some hiccups along the way but everything went VERY smoothly and we were informed throughout the duration of the project. From start to finish, the project took 5 days to complete our 1,400 sqft home and to be honest, the time flew by. Jay and John made sure we were able to stay comfortable in our home, working as quickly and efficiently as possible. It’s SO important to choose the right flooring company to work with. Although it can be overwhelming to find the perfect fit in such a saturated market, for an investment like this it’s crucial to choose master-installation teams like LGK who train, take classes and know the in’s and out’s of this industry. I’ve heard horror stories about people who choose to go a cheaper route only to turn around and have to replace the flooring and start from scratch because it wasn’t installed correctly or they had a crew turn up missing halfway through the project. All this to say, you just can’t go wrong when working with LG Kramer Flooring! They are phenomenal people who work hard to turn your flooring dreams into a reality. “We did lots of research on flooring and wanted to purchase and install Proximity Mills brand, luxury vinyl planking in our condo to replace the existing 12x12 pink tile floors. LG Kramer was the only vendor in our area carrying Proximity Mills, so we made an appointment to view the products and make a selection. Karissa was very helpful and we brought samples home. A few days later we had made up our minds on Suwannee River Arcadia planking. Karissa called the company to reserve stock for us based on my space estimate and then came to do a detailed measurement. Right off this is a step above other flooring companies. With the Covid pandemic, we were concerned about stock availability and wanted to ensure this project got accomplished during our snowbirding window. Long story short, we were measured, had pricing and had material on the way faster than I could believe. Next we had to have the old tile removed and a crew scheduled for the install. The whole job started on a Monday and would have completed by Thursday except that some trim molding came in with the wrong color. The right material was purchased and available within days. Jay was our lead installer and was ably assisted by John. No nonsense, ,these guys did not just drop and leave at 5:00, they worked to level our floor for hours grinding high spots and filling low spots and left only when the low spots were filled and had to dry overnight I will warn you that LVP requires a very flat subfloor and the extra effort to accomplish that work is not in the initial estimate, but LG Kramer made that very clear from the beginning. Today Terry, the warehouse manager, installed the delayed trim pieces and from first visit to completed project the total time was less than a month. Karissa did a great job at communicating with us throughout the project. The project cost was higher than I had originally planned driven by a full day of 2 people grinding and leveling the cement floor of our condo. But we are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend LG Kramer for your flooring project.”
