“I live in Indiana, I wanted my floors done at our condo in Florida. I found Gianna and Lance’s name through google. I read a couple of reviews and decided to give them a call. I had a couple of Flooring samples that I was interested in but they were from Indiana. Gianna worked with me to find something similar. She was so wonderful to work with! She answered every call or returned it immediately. Even when I had to unexpectedly change the date of installation they worked with me. What was so great was I was able to work with them from my home in Indiana. They did amazing job! Even cleaning up after the installation so well it was like no one was ever there . Thank you Gianna and Lance you did an amazing job! I walked into my condo and I was so pleased.”

“After buying our new home, I decided to go with L G Kramer to replace carpet with COREtec flooring in 3 bedrooms and 3 closets. I am a super picky person with very high standards who does a lot of research before purchasing anything. I spent hours looking online, reading about different flooring materials and installation methods, watching countless videos and reading tons of reviews. When it came time to choosing a flooring company, I knew I made the right decision in picking L G Kramer. From the moment I called them, I felt confident in my decision. L G Kramer is a very professional company that is easy to work, knowledgeable, attentive, efficient and overall just super nice! “We recently took on a whole house remodel and LG Kramer Flooring helped us with several projects; luxury vinyl flooring throughout, guest bathroom redo and kitchen tile backsplash. They were very accommodating to our schedules, great with communication and had a team of professionals deliver ahead of schedule on all our projects with excellent quality work. One project was started shortly after the covid outbreak began and their staff were wearing masks at all times and used a side door to limit exposure. They also thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Both of these were extremely important to us. I appreciated their flexibility to adjust to last minute changes and felt they provided welcomed design advise. We had multiple offers on the house within a week of being on the market! We are getting ready to acquire a downsized condo and have already reached out to Lance and Gianni to take the lead on replacing the floors and kitchen redo.
