“I recently remodeled my kitchen, tearing up the old tile and replacing it with luxury vinyl plank. The new cabinets extended beyond the old ones, and I needed the carpet to be cut back and and reattached to the floor where it met the vinyl. I told the repairman what I needed to be done, and he did exactly what I asked. He even re-streteched a section where I had a bubble against the wall. I am very pleased with the job that was done, and will call them again if I ever have a need. I would highly recommend them.”

She made a special effort to spend as much time as we needed. We took home multiple samples. She emailed a very detailed breakdown of all costs. We weren't a huge order, just trying to purchase some additional product for a stone wall that we were expanding and LG Kramer Flooring couldn't have been more accommodating. “We started our journey with LG Kramer back in March 2021. My wife and I had been told LVP (luxury vinyl plank) would not be a good option for our house based on the moist conditions of the floors. After a consultation at LG Kramer warehouse we realized that with proper prep anything is an option. The idea of never having to clean a grout line again became a reality. We fell in love with this rich character and warm textured LVP sample that they had. We ran with it! We really had a pretty seamless experience- from ordering and setting up install dates with Gianna, talking with Javen throughout the installation process, and having Lance answer questions throughout. We LOVE our new floors and they finished in unmatched time. We are raising two boys and a puppy and the product needed to be something that lasts! We've made a lot of changes to our house but the floors really pull the entire house together and make it feel so warm.
